Holy Trinity Church Tbilisi
“Commonly known as Sameba”, it is located on Elia Hill above the left bank of the Mtkvari river in the historic neighbourhood of Avlabari. It is the third-tallest Eastern Orthodox Cathedral in the world and one of the largest religious buildings in the world by total area. One of the most impressive features of the Holy Trinity Cathedral is the bell tower, which stands at a height of 73 meters and has nine bells. The bells are played manually by a team of bell-ringers, creating a beautiful and melodic sound that can be heard throughout the city.
