Your day begins with a pick-up from your hotel in South Bali by one of our friendly BALIKARU drivers. Enjoy a scenic 1 ½ hour drive through tropical landscapes and picturesque rice terraces to Belulang Village in Tabanan regency.
Upon arrival, an English-speaking BALIKARU guide will lead you on a leisurely walk through stunning rice terraces, towering trees, and lush vegetation, enlightening you about Bali's diverse fauna and flora along the way.
At BALIKARU village, experience a variety of authentic village activities and cultural experiences for the next 4 hours. Learn the art of making traditional "JAMU," a Balinese herbal drink, and explore the Herb and Spice garden. Enjoy a hands-on cooking experience at the Cooking Pavilion, where you'll learn about Balinese cuisine and dining habits.
Afterwards, savor a sumptuous lunch at Warung BALIKARU, a traditional local restaurant, and sample homemade chili pastes known as SAMBALS.
Continue your journey to BALE BELAJAR, the village's educational hub, and take a walk through Belulang Village to observe local life. End your day with a relaxing bath in the traditional sulfur spring at BELULANG HOT SPRING.
Your BALIKARU driver will transfer you back to your hotel, arriving around 5:00 pm. Experience this full-day adventure in a classic VW cabrio or an air-conditioned vehicle, according to your preference.
